We offer long-term accommodation for students in our cozy 6 bed dormitory room until June 2024

The room has:

    • 4 standard beds
    • 2 bunk beds
    • 1 desk
    • Nightstands for lower beds
    • Small shelves for the upper beds
    • Spot lamps and power outlets
    • Blanket, pillow, bed linen and a towel

Important:

    • The offer is only valid if you have proof of your student status
    • When renting a room, a rental agreement is signed between the hostel and the tenant
    • Months rent must be paid by the 5th of that month
    • If canceled less than 30 days before departure date, 1 month’s rent must be paid.

The rooms rental price includes:

    • Utilities
    • Room cleaning and bed linen change once a week
    • Possibility of washing clothes once a week
    • Use of the kitchen and all other common areas
    • Free Wifi
    • The possibility of using a computer for free
    • Use of the printer for a small fee

Monthly price for 1 person is 290 euros.

If at least 4 long-term students live in the room, then the price is 240 euros
